Barbara helped us plan our daughter's wedding reception. She was a true professional throughout the whole process. AMAZING!! I can't even begin to tell you what a great experience I've had with this DJ (and Photobooth). Our wedding was in Austin and he was friendly, funny, professional and excited about what he does. The music for the wedding ceremony was perfect and so was the reception. He was great at measuring what the guests wanted to hear and dance to and mixed my favorites in too. What a great party and an amazing night! Wouldn't have been the same without you!! Thank you!

Aaron was simply awesome. He showed up early to our wedding at Three Points Ranch. The event was about 5 hours long, and Aaron stayed until all our guests had left. There were issues at the ceremony site with power (out of his control) but Aaron thought outside the box and was able to get out ceremony music up and running with no problems. We were impressed and so grateful for his quick thinking and problem solving. The reception was outstanding. All the song choices were exactly what we had asked for. The dance floor was never empty, and people were pumped up and ready to dance the whole time. Aaron has an outgoing on energy that is contagious. He continually communicated with us during the wedding and the photographer to keep a timeline going and make sure our needs were met. He far exceeded our expectations. We felt his prices were fair and he went above and beyond. Our favorite thing was that he setup a lit monogram name display, near the dance floor in our wedding colors. Our guests were also impressed by this display. The only improvement we felt needed was more pre-planning communication, for timeline/music/set up etc. Thank you for a great time Aaron! We highly recommend you to any one!
Shaun and her team were outstanding. From the moment we hired shaun, we stayed in communication with her regarding our wants for the wedding, and we got that and more. She was invaluable. She actually wouldn't even let us work at the wedding hahaha and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. My family couldn't stop talking about how amazing she was as a coordinator. Hire her! You won't regret it!!!
Absolutely loved the owner Vernetta & her staff. My wedding was absolutely beautiful. On that day, I didn't have a care in the world! Vernetta took care of every detail. Vernetta was cery responsive to my fiancé and I questions and concerns about the venue and the expenses. The food, the decorations, the centerpieces were all memorable for myself and my guests. I highly recommend Soul Food Heaven.

Alexa was my "day of" wedding coordinator and she was amazing! She kept me sane, made things run smoothly, and took care of all the details. Even though she wasn't doing pre-planning she kept on top of me to make sure I didn't forget any details, and provided great ideas and advice. I was so relieved to have her and her team there that day so I could enjoy it!
I was a very "hands off" bride as I was accepted into law school after my husband and I already set our wedding day. Emmetria connected us with a fabulous caterer (Queenie's Delectable Delights) and super awesome photographers (Mia & Taffy). I needed a wedding planner that could literally just tell me when to show up and what to do (especially after I learned that my midterms were scheduled to begin the Monday AFTER my wedding weekend). We had a fabulous wedding. I am still getting compliments from our guests on the fact that our ceremony and reception were so well coordinated. I went "bridezilla in reverse" because I was so apathetic about the details of my wedding the closer the date approached. I had to step away from 95% of the planning 60-days out from the date to prepare for my first semester of law school. I do not recommend starting law school and getting married at the same time; but, if you must, your wedding is safe with Emmetria. Also, we live in Houston and Emmetria lives in Austin. She drove to Houston for our initial consultation and after we hired her, I never felt like I was working with an out-of-town wedding planner. Ahh Emmetria, I know I gave her hell, but she was 100% professional from beginning to end. My husband and I had several "freak out" moments but Emmetria let our irrational moments of insanity slide right off her shoulders.
I highly recommend Michelle for any of your big life events. She pulled off my 300-guest wedding beautifully. We had to flip the room twice and she got it done without a hitch! She has great suggestions and always kept a cool head. Book her! You won't be sorry!
Evelyn helped us plan and execute our wedding reception. She was amazing. She asked for our vision and then helped fill all the areas we needed. She was prepared, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and ready to take on anything that might have arisen day-of (you know how opinions and family can be at a wedding!). Her attention to detail was amazing and we felt so taken care of. She was 100% hands-on and took care of everything we needed before we even knew what we needed! She was respectful and always asked what we wanted so as not to jump to conclusions or deviate from our vision. I would recommend her services to anyone who wants help planning their event, but with a personal touch!
Janae coordinated the decorations for my low key wedding. I told her the theme and colors and she came up with the rest. I like that when it comes to business, she is always professional. She stays in touch during her creative process. Janae shows up on time and implements the vision flawlessly without my assistance. It was one less major thing that I didn't have to worry about. This is the second event Janae has coordinated for me. The first was a larger wedding for my daughter. I was impressed with her then and her talents have improved even more. Lindsay is amazing at what she does. She was with me every step of the way when planning my wedding. She has lots of connections; so it was easy to fit my budget. My wedding budget was pretty tight. And she managed to find vendors that fit my budget and fit my expectations. She was constantly helping me set up meetings to fit my schedule. The ceremony/reception was beautiful and ran smoothly. Lindsay did everything from helping with décor, coordinating staff, helping me with my bustle and more. She has an amazing heart, is professional and truly loves what she does. I was fortunate to have her as my wedding coordinator. She made it a day I will always remember.
Sarah was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in San Francisco, and she was incredible! Our big day was your not typical venue, and had a whole lot of moving parts. Here is a quick summary: 75 guests (small wedding party, 6 total) Outdoor ceremony at the beautiful Palace of Fine Arts (a historical public landmark) Yacht reception immediately to follow, with provided transportation from ceremony to Yacht dock; we used San Francisco trolley cars to do this :). I had a very clear idea of how I wanted my big day to turn out, (the venue, the look, the budget). When I expressed my vision to Sarah, she was right on point and helped facilitate my dream to come true. Sarah gave great feedback and pointed out the unknowns of a wedding day that we needed to plan for. She put together a timeline, managed our budget, corresponded with all the vendors and executed delivery and set up the day of. Brides (and grooms) should NOT deal with these details on their own, and should appoint a professional, like Sarah! Our big day was basically stress free, FUN, and left a lasting impression on our guests. We cannot thank Sarah enough for her work.
For my wedding we initially booked an event coordinator that was supplied with the venue. After a year of a lack of correspondence and care as well as an outright failure to execute on what my wife and I envisioned for our wedding we decided to have Megan take over and coordinate our wedding. Not only did she manage to schedule and facilitate in the days leading up to the wedding, including working with all our vendors and seeking new vendors which offered superior services at a better cost, but also on the day of the event she was constantly ensuring that everything was going accordingly all while making sure the guests, families and wedding party were enjoying themselves. At the end of it all we had an incredibly beautiful wedding and reception which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! Id recommend her services to anyone planning any event.
