John came to fix my 10 year old dryer - he fixed everything that was wrong with it in 2 short sessions. He came at the time that he said. He was fast with his responses, remember he’s working and answering messages, so he answers as soon as he’s able to which is extremely professional and timely to me! Our dryer went out during a recent storm and we needed a service/repair person over sooner than later. I called Friday and had an appointment set for Monday morning. Matthew arrived within the agreed to timeframe. I explained what I thought might be the issue and he was respectful and listened to my theory. Within minutes, he was able to diagnose the actual problem (broken belt), call to see if the part was available, pick up the part and had the dryer operating again within 2hrs! I was even more impressed with his maintenance recommendations for other appliances around our house. I would confidently recommend Matthew for any appliance repairs. 10/10!
