We hired David to paint the first floor of our home. He was a clean and tidy worker, which we appreciated. However, we were very disappointed to find that he completely missed painting the only column in the middle of our family room—a detail that was discussed with him more than once. When I reached out to address it, David denied that it was ever mentioned, which was frustrating. I asked when he could come back to complete the job, and he simply said he was booked all week. Not the kind of follow-through or accountability we were hoping for. Not cool.
