Standard (Basic) Cleaning:

Our commercial cleaning services are priced by square footage.
• Standard Cleaning: $0.25 per sq. ft.
• Deep Cleaning: $0.30 per sq. ft.
• Move-In / Move-Out or Post-Construction: $0.35 per sq. ft.

By booking services with J3 Professional Cleaning Services LLC, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy and $50 cancellation terms and Fee.
