- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my training is sold in packages. 5 or 10 personal training sessions or women's boot camp classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free consultation, movement screening, and fitness assessment. It allows me time to identify any movement dysfunction, muscles imbalances, to learn about the clients goals and where they need the most support in their programs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than being a graduate of NPTI, I have several specialty certifications that set me apart from my peers.
