FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our Trip & Diagnosis fee is $99.95 ($129.95 commercial & high end appliances). Your technician will come out and do a full diagnosis and give you an estimate. If you decided to go forward with the estimate and do the job, we will apply the $99.95 to the job. We use "The Original Blue Book Major Appliance Job Rate Guide" to build our estimates. Our Flat Rate Pricing is built using the part(s) needed and the labor associated with installation of those part(s). The associated labor comes from a national average built into the Blue Book Job Rate Guide. So if you have a veteran tech with 30 years worth of experience or a tech that has been doing this for 5 years, the estimate will be the same regardless of how much time either takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Set up a time to have one of our background checked appliance repair specialist come to your home. Our technicians arrive in logo'd trucks, wearing logo'd uniforms, photo ID badges, and protective boot covers. They will do a full diagnosis and give you an estimate. If you chose to move forward with the job, we will apply the trip and diagnosis fee to the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Throughout the year, the manufactures put on training for their authorized servicers. We attend all the service training hours available to stay current on the latest and newest products. Typically one of our technicians will spend around 50-75 hours per year in various training classes, seminars, and online courses.
