- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not going to be the lowest bidders on your project. Because of the high quality of work we provide, the consistent communication, and the punctuality of our workers, we cannot afford to be the cheapest company. That said, we are also not the highest priced contractors in DFW. Our prices are competitive and extremely realistic. We’ve never had a project where we needed to ask for more money; the price we give in the beginning is the price our customers pay for the whole project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in keeping the process simple but thorough for our customers. Every project that we take on will have a personal visit from our project manager to discuss the entire project with our customer. Our expectation of our customer is to tell us their dream and in return our customers can expect us to execute every detail discussed within the first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified Trex Composite Decking, Armadillo Decking and Fiberon installers.
