My girls trip/wedding party booked Ms. Monica/Chef Mo 3 weeks ago in Dallas. We rented a villa and wanted to spoil ourselves before my wedding and what a treat it was!! Ms. Monica served us the best pasta, crabcakes, and a few other delicious delectables while providing great conversation, great music, a great atmosphere and really great food... Thank you for making the day BEFORE my big day a special one for me and my friends!

Chef Monica asked if I'd write a review of her services for my grandmother's 60th birthday & I was so happy to‼️ We had a surprise party for my Mimi in Las Calinas & hired Cater To You Catering & Delivery as well as asked if she could provide a bartender, which she happily obliged. That was pure luck! She arrived with an amazing attitude, brought her entire kitchen😂& got to work...my Mimi LOVED the food, her music selections were so much better than mine🤣& all of our friends & family from all over really enjoyed the night. We just wanted to thank Chef Monica & her amazing bartender:) We all really had a wonderful night

I submitted an inquiry at 7 pm. Got a response at 9 pm. I reached out the following morning to see when we could talk. See the exchange below. Be aware of the customer service you’ll be getting with this company. As someone who was in the customer service industry for many years, my mind is still blown at this behavior from a ‘professional!’ Imagine what it would be like dealing with them if something really didn’t go well! Heads up!
