Doozies are large sandwiches cut into 1/4 or 1/8. Crust edges are removed before placed on tray.

We take orders through our website or by phone and can answer any questions you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Co-owner, Wendy has been working with Doozies for years. The original recipe was invented by a relative years ago and the recipe is trademarked and only a few relatives have the recipe of the “secret sauce”. Co- owner Cheryl has been working with pastries and desserts for years and before merging with Wendy had her own baking company and provided her desserts to several Dallas restaurants.
