I contacted Feras at 3:30 pm and he responded immediately. I asked if it would be possible to assemble 5 dining chairs and 2 barstools today for my parents kitchen. Branden indeed worked as a professional! He re-checked his work after each assembly and cross-refer to the instructions, ensuring nothing was missed. He also asked me about the tags (as typical on new products) before removing it and provided all the remaining tools that came along with each boxed furniture’s packaging. He assembled IKEA products such as a queen size bed frame (even helped laying the mattress and topper after), side table, sleeper sofa, dining table and chairs!
