- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Able to book in 4 hour blocks. Depending on issue there is a flat 4 hour charge. Remote work is best and in most cases has a flat charge for each issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inital contact and triage of issue, research if needed and resolution. Also preventive maintenance to cut down on potential future issues. MOEtech sees a problem we advise customer ahead of time instead of skipping resolution. We aim to please.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Computer Science from UNT, certified by MICROSOFT MCSE, MCITP, ITIL certified. MCNE, CCNA,CCNP. Dell Workstation and server certified. Over 27 years experience troubleshooting and designing networks and residential and commercial issues.
