- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of a cost-plus system. Everything is line-itemed with the cost of the work or material, and a profit amount is placed in a separate line item at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally meet with a client, feel out what they are looking for, offer initial design ideas, and then provide a detailed estimate. If a client decides to go with us, we usually require a small deposit to cover the cost of some of the materials, and then are paid based off of completed milestones.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training, and have worked professionally, in all areas of the construction field, including all aspects of building custom homes and commercial buildings. I have been trained in structural framing, flooring installation, cabinet building and installation, drywall installation and finishing, exterior siding and brick installation, roof installation, window and door installation, etc...
