Unfortunately, the repair itself did not solve the problem. The hose faucet started leaking again shortly after the service, and the leak became much worse, causing significant water loss in our side yard. We eventually had to shut off the water supply temporarily, which has been a major inconvenience.
A prompt response is important, but a lasting repair is even more important. I hope the company stands behind its work and resolves this issue properly.
