We recently discovered a gas leak inside our home and multiple leaks on the exterior to the outdoor kitchen, pool and generator. Our gas company came out and of course they had to shut off our gas. First thing I did was to call our go to plumbing company, a big name company but we were met with an outrageously expensive quote over $15k so we sought a second opinion. I went to thumbtack and found Blue Otter Plumbing & Drain. Here’s a mom of 4 kids youngest 1 and oldest 13. I felt like I was living a nightmare. No heat, the last few days had been pretty cold, no hot water, no stove to cook, we’ve been eating out daily. Boy was I glad I found this company! They sent James Brant, their master plumber, He came in and showed care and empathy to our situation. We instantly felt he was God sent. From the moment we met James, I knew he was the right person for the job. As a master plumber, he brought expertise, confidence, and genuine care to his work. He carefully explained what happened, how he would diagnose the problem, and how he planned to fix everything—starting from the least invasive methods before moving to more extensive repairs if needed. His professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity were evident throughout the process. At the end, we paid almost 50% less than the initial quote from the big name company. I’m sincerely grateful for the honesty, skill, and customer-first approach James demonstrated. Called Taylor to unclog a drain , He stated if it’s not unclogged when he is done call him back and he will come back . Well it ended up clogging back and he doesn’t answer calls or messages . I do not recommend this company if your name is on the line .

UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read all of Taylors reviews and to be honest with you I usually don't even write reviews but this guy surely gets one.. Hired him to unclog some drains and he wasn't thorough at all, called him back out the next day and had me waiting for 3 hours and still never showed.. Very horrible experience to say the least and still had to call another plumber out to go behind his half done job! He's not worth the gamble to hope he does what he supposed to do!
