Jonathan V. says, "First time using Mother. I had a clogged kitchen drain when I had dumped whole food pieces down the garbage disposal which caused water to backup. I tried fixing it first but p trap was tricky and a lot of water was leaking out so I left the job to the pros. I was hoping for a Saturday appointment but they were able to come Sunday morning. Tech Krista Bagsley did an amazing job! She found the root cause and within 30 minutes the clogg was cleared. She gets 5/5 stars for me. The reason the company gets 4/5 is because they use an AI bot that was sending me extra text messages and was still asking me if I needed a quote even after the job had been completed. They have real human reps but the one that handled my appointment made me feel rushed. I kept saying I did not want 8am - 10pm they were about to dispatch at 8:30. Then we agreed on 10am - 12pm. They called again and said if they stop by in 18min? I said no closer to 12pm. They dispatched at 11:30am. All in all not a bad experience but there's room for improvement. Again, Krista was awesome!"See more

Divini C. says, "Can't say enough about the above-and-beyond customer service level of Bluestone! I had a clogged toilet that plunging wasn't fixing. Had another company come out and quote me wayyyyy to much for a possible minor fix in a snake job, etc. Not only did Bluestone give me options for cost with the level of fixes (which the other company didn't), but their tech, James, came out 9 pm at night after he finished a job to see if he could take care of me before the next day. Long drive, as I live in Princeton, and I know it was a long haul. He was able to snake and plunge my toilet to fix it, and I was able to sleep in peace. Learned Bluestone pretty much can help with any household service, so I will be getting back with them regarding my sprinkler system needs (not watering evenly). James already provided me a quote; I just have to find time to look it over and organize things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I believe it was Brittany who answered the phone initially, and then she put the owner or one of the owners on when I was concerned about an expensive fix. They assured me from the get-go it likely could be fixed on the low end. :)"See more

Raphael arrived on time and assessed the garbage disposal issue which turned out was a drain issue. He was able to fix the drain quickly, he cleaned up behind himself, his work was good quality so I knew I’d hire him for other projects. He came back the next day to replace the exhaust vent in the guest bathroom. Exceptional work, cleaned up behind himself and his prices are reasonable. For what he charged to the exhaust vent I would have paid more than double that at Home Depot. If you have home project contact Sunny Construction!"See more

He stated if it’s not unclogged when he is done call him back and he will come back .
Well it ended up clogging back and he doesn’t answer calls or messages .
I do not recommend this company if your name is on the line .

UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read all of Taylors reviews and to be honest with you I usually don't even write reviews but this guy surely gets one.. Hired him to unclog some drains and he wasn't thorough at all, called him back out the next day and had me waiting for 3 hours and still never showed.. Very horrible experience to say the least and still had to call another plumber out to go behind his half done job! He's not worth the gamble to hope he does what he supposed to do!
