- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices differ depending the type of wood, quality and style the client is looking for. Better the quality better the job!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts by giving a free estimate and if the client agrees on the quote we start the project accordingly with the schedule of the client. We require 50% of total payment upfront to purchase materials and the rest upon completion of job.
