James is the BEST!! He took the time to answer all our questions and was very quick in responding. We were on a very tight budget but James managed to exceed our expectations and built a truly beautiful fence at a price that beat other competitors who were not providing the quality James provided. He was very professional and I knew if I had any questions I could call or text and he was right on it ASAP. I would HIGHLY recommend him and plan to use him for future fencing needs! Wow! Where does one start. Let me say first of all, thank you James! This is the most seamless experience I’ve ever had regarding any of my work projects. From day one Top Rail Fence was my choice after consulting with several contractors. I was provided an adequate and quality quote from Top Rail, no pressure from his company to rush and make a decision, just provided information regarding his company and details of the installation process. His work crew is absolutely amazing! The work they did left me speechless, it was extremely cold and couple of the works days, they still showed up to finish the project on time. They cleaned up the area afterwards. I rate his company a 10 of 10! And for anyone needing fence work or repairs, I fully recommend and endorse Top Rail Fence as the company to choose.
