- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple and transparent. I offer a basic service rate (such as chimney cleaning & inspection), and the final price depends on the condition of the system. There are no hidden fees-I always explain any additional work before starting. Discounts may be available for multiple services or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s needs and asking a few quick questions. Then I schedule a visit for inspection and service. On-site, I explain what I see, perform the necessary work, and go over any findings or recommendations before doing anything beyond the agreed service. My goal is to keep everything clear, honest, and stress-free.

My training comes from hands-on field experience working with chimney and duct systems, including cleaning, inspections, and repairs. I stay up to date with best practices and focus on doing safe, thorough, and high-quality work on every job.
