James took the time upfront to really understand the issues I was dealing with from a previous contractor and made me feel confident he could help address the gaps. He came out the next day to assess everything in person and walked me through, in detail, what he was seeing and where the construction had gone wrong. He also provided thoughtful suggestions on how to improve things moving forward. I appreciated how detail-oriented and thorough he was throughout the process. I would definitely hire James again.
