- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include a $100 call-out fee, which covers the on-site visit and the first hour of work or investigation to provide a full estimate. After the first hour, our hourly rate is $70 for handyman services. We offer services that are priced individually. All pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by discussing the details of the project to understand your specific needs and expectations. Once the scope of work and pricing are agreed upon, we schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the appointment, we arrive promptly, bring all the necessary tools, and ensure the work is completed efficiently and to your satisfaction. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication to address any questions or adjustments. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in construction and finishing since 2017, including managing large projects in Russia. Since 2023, we have been successfully running a business in the field of repair and repair services in the USA, gaining valuable local experience and adapting to American building standards. Our extensive experience guarantees high quality work, attention to detail and a deep understanding of both traditional and modern technologies.
