- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give a fair price for the work at hand, my estimates are based on doing the job with regards to using quality products and trained professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on scope of project, sometimes a few pics and room size will work on getting a price. However for the more serious inquires coming to see the job and meeting with the client is always the best way to get the feel of the project and each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education was my job, starting in the paint and decorating retail/wholesale business in 1982 and serving that industry until 2002. Being taught first hand the in and outs of wallpaper, textures and repairs, painting and exotic finishes and fauxs, carpet, wood floors, all kinds of tile and laminates. What makes them good and how to use them.
