Mustafa was the first to answer my request for repairs on kitchen cabinets. He came the same day, assessed our needs, and returned a few days later to complete job. We gave him additional work to repair sheet rock over sink that was cracking. He did an excellent job on both. Great guy and cleaned up after done. We’ll definitely use him again.

He did a great job on my stairs. I will not take that away. My issue is that when he came over he specifically said the quote he provided included staining my rails to match the stair case. When he finished the railings were not stained. When I asked about it he said they had to be sanded it would take 3 hrs for each one. I understand that it would be a lot of work however he should not have told me he would do something that he did not. He did offer to take them home and sand them or replace them at an additional $400 to which I declined because why would I pay extra for something you already told me was included in my total. I do feel taken advantage of and that’s never a feeling you want to walk away with after paying thousands of dollars for a service.

I can't believe how great Futura Building Systems has been! I received amazing customer service and was so thrilled to have them offer free roof estimates before getting our roof replaced. They were very efficient, and finished my roof quickly. They were very responsive to all our questions, and our roof replacement turned out amazing!

reaches out to me to help, when i responded saying their fee was out of my price range they basically said dont reach out if its out of my price range… but they reached out to me first i was just replying… pretty odd and rude.
