- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair and honest pricing. Every project is different, so we provide free estimates based on the scope of work and materials needed. There are no surprise fees. We explain the work clearly and price it fairly so customers know what to expect before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate and a walk-through of the project. We listen to what the customer wants and look at the space carefully. After that, we give a clear plan and timeline. Once work begins, we focus on doing clean, solid work and respecting the home from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have three years of hands-on experience working on residential remodeling projects. Our training comes from real job sites and learning the right way to do things through practice, attention to detail, and pride in our work.
