- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My ultimate goal is leave you, the client, happy with the service provided. You're paying for 15+ years of experience and you're in good hands. I try to be up front with pricing as much as possible, and will communicate immediately if any thing comes up that might impact the price or timeline of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in IT field for over 15 years. From retail computer repair, to small managed service providers, to large global managed services providers, and experience with low voltage cabling, home theaters, residential/commerical AV, smart homes, security, and fire.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a love for science and technology. I was taking apart my alarm clock when I was 10 because I wanted to figure out how it worked. Moved on to building my own computers in high school and starting a computer repair store in my early 20s.
