- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For services outside of salon requires an in-person consultation, may be done same day of service in most cases. Travel fee is $100 due at time of scheduling and is non-refundable. This policy is due to excessive time it takes to pack up supplies, travel time and set up time. I also have a 24 hour cancellation policy. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thorough consultation regarding the persons needs and goal for their hair, Providing feedback to insure realistic expectations. I’m not afraid to say no to a service if I feel it is not good for the client or will cause damage to the clients hair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve studied at Vidal Sassoon Academies both in the U.S. and London as well as other specialty classes and hair shows.
