I only have positive things to say: M. arrived on time, and had texted me ahead to let me know his ETA. He fixed the problems on my mowers, including a second visit because we did not have a part that was needed. He cleaned up after himself, explained clearly what he had done and why and provided follow up advice. How quotes were reasonable and he did not jack up the price when one of the jobs turned out to be more complex than expected. I would definitely hire him back.
