- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some prices are hourly and some prices are considered as an item. Comparing the prices of different companies is wrong because a company that offers a service every year at a fair price is much better than a start-up company offering a low price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use different discounts so that the customer realizes the quality and speed of our action as well as our responsibility after doing the first job, and in the future will give us the opportunity to serve him again.
