I do not charge by the hour. My pricing is based on the complexity of the job/project; and the proficiency and time required to get it done.

I try to work within the customer’s budget.

My father built houses from the ground up to the roof. I have been familiar with this type of work since I was 10 yrs old and began doing it professionally 7 years ago.
