It was very easy and quick to schedule for next day lawn mowing. He is very respectful with his communication. I hope I can hire him for regular mowing with the same good rate he offered the first time .

Update- Jun
The charges were raised every visit (which is fine) but also it is hard to maintain every 2 wks as I have to remind and send several texts. I wanted to have someone consistently. At my another address, they never showed up and we have HOA that are pain despite of several texts/reminders :(
