Thanks Abraham!! What an EXCELLENT job installing flooring in the Master, Baths and Sunroom!! We are blown away with your attention to detail as well as going above and beyond with your service! We only got flooring in few areas, but I'm thinking we need to cover main areas in the home! You make the floors looks better than our original hardwood we have in place. :-) When the time comes, we will definitely choose you again!! I had him out to repair a section of LVP that had cracked. After the repair, he said I just needed to wait for the glue to dry and the boards would be level and stay in place. He said if there are any issues he would come back out. There were two issues. 1) The glue did not hold the board in place and 2) he cut too much off the side of the plank leaving an huge gap. The cut was also sloppy. It ended up looking worse than before. I asked him to come back out and he completely ghosted me. I ended up doing the repair myself.
