I am highly appreciative of the work done by MP Carpet and Flooring for me. Roberto responded within 10 minutes of my enquiry with a reasonable quote for a 3000 sq ft installation that included ripping off tile and carpet and installing luxury vinyl, including on steps. Roberto covered options of (1) removing tile or (2) installing over tile but lifting other rooms. Based on the analysis and recommendation he provided, I was able to settle on option (1). What I really liked about working with Roberto was his quote was all inclusive including cost of moving furniture out and back, cost of special installation for steps, cost of leveling cement, cost of shoe molds with installation, while competitive quotations kept some or all of these as open ended or buffered in a lot of the worst case costs. Work was scheduled to start within 4 days of Roberto visiting my house. Pancho and team, who did the installation, was then able to complete the work in three and a half days, ripping off tile on 600 sq ft, carpet on 2300 sq ft, leveling arond 1500 sq ft and installing vinyl over 2900 sq ft, including doing 15 steps. The predictability of schedule and work helped my family with a lot of allergies plan ahead on required hotel stay, minimize hotel expenses, and resettle back at home conveniently. I would highly recommend MP Carpet and Floors for your flooring services.

Roberto and his team are one of the few I’ll reference for future business. They are a young team building their business as it is supposed to. Had them refinish my hardwood floor and install over 2000sq ft of carpet. Wood floors look great! There were a few touch up areas but they came in and took care of them, no problem. They didn't have a huge selection of nylon carpets to choose from in their showroom samples, but we found one we liked at a larger place. I asked MP if they could get it and they beat the big place's initial pricing by A LOT (the big place did come down once they realized we were shopping the job out, but it was kind of insulting and one of the reasons I ended up going with MP). I appreciated MP giving me their best pricing up front for the carpet and not jerking us around like a few other places. Robert was very easy to work with and ensured that things came out to our liking. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

MP Carpet was great to work with from the first time we met with them to get a quote. I could not be happier with the work that they did in my home installing laminate flooring. They were very professional, always on time, and very hard working. I will definitely use them again for any flooring needs in my home. I highly recommend them.
