- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is designed for serious clients who want lasting results, and pricing reflects the level of access and support. I offer three tiers: an ongoing membership for continuous support and community, an 8-week transformation program for focused results, and an elite tier with high-touch, customized coaching. Each tier includes my four-pillar approach — mindset, nutrition, movement, and community — and is built to fit different goals, timelines, and lifestyles. We’ll discuss which option is the best fit during your consultation so you get the right level of accountability and results for your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client begins with a comprehensive wellness assessment so I can understand your goals, lifestyle, and current habits. From there, we meet one-on-one to determine if you’re a strong fit for my programs. Enrollment in the 8-week transformation or NoDefeat Access is by approval only. I work with clients who are ready to fully commit to the process and align with my four-pillar approach: mindset, nutrition, movement, and community. This ensures every client gets the focus, structure, and accountability needed to achieve real, lasting results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Doctorate in Philosophy with a focus on Christian Leadership and Business, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and multiple undergraduate degrees. I’m also a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, and I’ve spent 15 years in executive leadership. As an IFBB Pro athlete, I’ve applied the same discipline and proven strategies I use for my own success to help hundreds of clients transform their health through my four-pillar approach: mindset, nutrition, movement, and community.
