I produce same day reports in a clean layout that provides the information necessary to assist in the large purchasing decision of a home or property. I do want stress that I’m a licensed home inspector not an APPRAISER!!

Marcus did a phenomenal job with the homeinspection! He was very responsive with the request and able to come out within 2 days. His pricing is also super reasonable and fair. Highly Recommend Marcus to inspect your home. He was very thorough and detailed oriented. He caught many issues with our home that we never noticed that was an issue. He even had a drone to fly over the roof to check for any damages. He had many tools to check for damages or issues with water temp , outlets ect. He was early to the appointment, which is a plus’ and took his time to look at every inch of our home. He is also very communicative and kept us up to date until our appt. He even written a detailed report with pictures and diagrams of the home. He provided the report day of the scheduled inspection! He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend ! Inquiring about their intentions towards the property. Relieving as much anxiety as possible. Explaining the cause and effect of deficiencies and the time and cost of repairs

Building school , apprenticeship , fully licensed. Over 200 inspections as to date
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Lumberyard as a kid . House construction . Witnesses too many short cuts being taken at the expense of innocent buyers.
