- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A couple things to remember when requesting a quote: *Please only put number of bedrooms / baths you actually want cleaned (not how many you have) - Price and Fees are based on rooms cleaned. *There is an extra fee for pets if you should have dogs and/or cats. * Also, if requesting window cleaning - the fee is $4 per window. Please be sure to specify the number of windows you have for the most accurate quote. *The price you receive in your quote is a estimate based in your request. Each cleaning project is different, price may change depending in the condition of your house
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally the first time I clean your home we walk through the space together so I can know if there are any areas that require special attention, if there are things not to be moved when cleaning, if there are special details you'd like extra attention paid to, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homeowners, renters and real estate agents looking for "make ready" cleaning for new showings. I have also had a few opportunities to clean small office spaces.
