Edgar was quick to respond to messages and arrived promptly as scheduled. He had all the required equipment and supplies to make my house spotless. He performed a deep clean/move out that left it cleaner than when I moved in. I was very happy with the quality of his work and his professionalism. Exceptional!! Edgar first time cleaning for me was a deep clean. He arrived as scheduled and with all the cleaning supplies and equipment he would need. He clean my place from top to bottom, and worked non-stop. His attention to details while cleaning is phenomenal. He moved furniture and cleaned behind them, cleaned ceiling fans, and window ledges. I could go on and on, I just can’t say enough about how excellent of job he did. The second time, he cleaned my oven and it looks brand new. If you need your housecleaned, BROOM MASTER is definitely the company to call.

I have never written a review before, however after my apartment was cleaned by Edgar, I was compelled to do so. Anyone considering a service in the future should feel safe and confident they will get exceptional service, detailed cleaning, and extreme professionalism. Even if he is $10 more than the next service, I would advise going with him, someone who you know is going to do the job right.

All I can say is simply amazing. The househouse has not been clean like this for years. He puts his heart and soul into a project and does not stop until he's finished. You can't go wrong with Broom Master Cleaning.

Broom Master's are absolutely awesome. Edgar and his co-worker we prompt, professional and detailed oriented. We needed a deep cleaning-including walls/dusting and fans- they absolutely delivered! I would recommend them for all cleaning needs and will definitely re-hire in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A couple things to remember when requesting a quote:
*Please only put number of bedrooms / baths you actually want cleaned (not how many you have) - Price and Fees are based on rooms cleaned.
*There is an extra fee for pets if you should have dogs and/or cats.
* Also, if requesting window cleaning - the fee is $4 per window. Please be sure to specify the number of windows you have for the most accurate quote.
*The price you receive in your quote is a estimate based in your request. Each cleaning project is different, price may change depending in the condition of your house
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally the first time I clean your home we walk through the space together so I can know if there are any areas that require special attention, if there are things not to be moved when cleaning, if there are special details you'd like extra attention paid to, etc.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homeowners, renters and real estate agents looking for "make ready" cleaning for new showings. I have also had a few opportunities to clean small office spaces.
