First off any doubts lose them. Any other options get rid of them! Not only did she work in my job but she arrived and immediately got to work no questions. I did give specifics upon initial hire but that was it. When the ladies showed up they just picked a place a started. This was an eviction property and the tenants left a significant amount to clean. There were pungent smells, old left out food, trash & more. They left everything spotless no dust, base boards and windows cleaned appliances scrubbed. Everything washed, shiny and smelling fantastic! I’d like to say thank you so much for your service back in November and I will ONLY be calling you for any of my needs!

When working with a new client I typically come by meet with the client and see what the cleaning needs and expectations are this way we can go over my services and what is expected I usually confirm before the scheduled day to make sure we are all set
How did you get started doing this type of work?
about 17 years ago I was working as nursing assistant for a small agency witch let me schedule my own days and hours I was intrested in starting my own cleaning buisness so I had some flyers made up and I would take a day off to hand out flyers to several different real estate offices in the park cities area I came across a small real estate office that gave me a huge task witch was quite overwhelming however I was able to pull it of and my client was very happy and from there on she would refer me to most of her clients and I continued to hand out flyers posted my services in the park cities paper I have keep most of my clients for over 15 years
