- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide the customer with a quote after we take into account their exact needs. Some clients prefer that the cleaner make suggestions on what to do first, while others would rather go over details of their house in person and discuss what needs to be done. Once it is agreed upon, the cleaner will carry out the duties as discussed and some clients even write down exactly what they want the cleaner to put emphasis on.
