- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple, upfront and straightforward. We don't penalize you for having a larger or smaller home, just tell us how many bedrooms you have and the type of clean you want, and that determines your price. All of our extras (interior windows, oven cleaning, fridge cleaning and laundry) are a flat $25.00 each. We offer discounts for booking on our website for weekly, biweekly or monthly service as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we'll collect details about your cleaning needs, location and contact information. We'll schedule your clean and show up ready to meet you, if you're home. We'll gladly explain our cleaning process, ask about any additional info we may need to know, and give you a breath-taking service. After that, we just continue to clean your home as you get more time for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have over 5+ years of cleaning experience, customer relations and hospitality working qualifying them for this industry. We have formal training in housekeeping, hotel management and business management that helps us best understand the needs of our clients.
