everything was okay, most of the overall request was ignored...rooms missed, dishes not completed, etc. if they couldn't have completed the full request I wish they wouldn't have responded at all.

You’ll be given a time range on when they will arrive. Mine was 3:30-4:30. She messaged when she was 30 min away, en route.

Arrival 3:50. Departure 5:15/20.

The job was done swiftly and professionally.
