- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price however price does change according to what needs to be cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client we discuss the scope of the home cleaning, then we provide them with a quote for the service. If we are in agreement, the client hires us; we process payment and we assign a cleaner for their home cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our expert cleaners have a minimum of five years experience in cleaning residential homes. We understand that providing excellent service to clients is a must. We keep this high standard to earn and keep your trust.
