FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and instant: select bedrooms/bathrooms and the service type (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out) and you’ll see your exact rate before you book, with optional add-ons (inside oven/fridge, cabinets, blinds, baseboards) shown at checkout. ***************** Ongoing weekly/biweekly/monthly clients save up to 20% after the first visit, and credits or promo codes apply before any card charge. ***************** A single per-visit pet fee may apply to cover extra time and allergy-safe protocols, and paid parking or limited travel outside our core Oak Cliff map may be added—always confirmed in advance. ***************** You can reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before; with less than 24 hours’ notice or a lockout/no-entry, the fee is $79. ***************** We place a temporary hold the day of service and only capture payment after the job is complete—if more time is needed than quoted, we’ll ask first, so there are no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, we keep things simple and transparent. You book online with your preferred date and add any entry, parking, or pet notes, and we confirm a 1-hour arrival window the morning of your clean with an “on-my-way” text before we pull up. You’re welcome to be home or out—just share access instructions—and we’ll follow our professional checklist along with your preferences stored in your Home Profile so results are consistent from the very first visit. If the home needs extra time or an add-on to meet your goals, we ask first before proceeding so there are no surprise charges. After the job is complete, we capture payment (we place only a same-day temporary hold before service), and tips are always optional. If anything falls short, tell us within 7 days and we’ll return for a free touch-up of the missed areas—and if it’s still not right after the re-clean, we’ll refund in full; damage concerns are covered separately and handled promptly. - Oak Cliff Clean
