- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With the quotes I provide depending on the type of clean, I try to be reasonable and accommodating as possible since I am a methodical cleaner. The prices you see listed is what you’ll be charged at full cost, no exceptions! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF PRICING IS OUT OF YOUR EXPENSE!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I tend to ask exactly what needs to be done. If the customer likes the cleaning, I’ll then ask if they’d like to devise a regular cleaning schedule based off their preference(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have education/training related to my work, just been a tidy person my whole life.
