- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I live full time in my RV, I am able to offer lower daily prices as I do not need a place to sleep, shower, or eat. I simply need a place to park!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted I will reach out via your preferred method of email, text, social media, or phone call. We can discuss your needs and expectations to see if we are a good match. We can even set up a meet and greet via face time if you like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My area knowledge is more life experience than anything! I'm 42 and have lived all over the DFW metroplex in apartments and houses of all sizes. I understand the upkeep they require, as well as the stress it creates when you're gone. From cleaning to home repairs, I'm a resourceful problem solver. I rebuilt my RV myself and have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry should any issues arise while your gone. Power tools are my friends, and I know how to wield a hammer and wrench. I have also had many pets over the years and love all kinds of animals! Reptiles, Birds, rodents, cats, dogs, and even fish get all the pets from me!... wait, can you pet a fish?
