FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple, transparent, and pressure-free from start to finish. 1. Initial Contact Once you reach out, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your home and what you’re experiencing (high energy bills, uneven temperatures, etc.) to understand your needs. 2. Free Attic Inspection We schedule a time to come out and perform a full attic inspection. We check insulation levels, airflow/ventilation, duct condition, and look for any signs of damage or inefficiencies. 3. Clear Recommendations & Pricing After the inspection, we walk you through exactly what we found and what we recommend. You’ll get straightforward pricing with no hidden costs, along with options so you can choose what makes sense for your budget. 4. Scheduling the Job Once approved, we schedule your project at a convenient time. Most jobs can be completed in one day depending on size and scope. 5. Professional Installation Our crew handles everything—protecting your home, completing the work efficiently, and cleaning up thoroughly when finished. 6. Final Walkthrough We make sure everything is done right and answer any questions before we leave. Our goal is for you to feel confident in the work and the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in proper insulation installation, attic ventilation, and air sealing techniques...not just installing material, but understanding how the entire attic system works together. Our crews bring over 20 years of combined hands-on experience, which allows us to spot issues quickly and recommend the right solution the first time. We stay aligned with industry standards for insulation and energy efficiency, including proper R-value recommendations, ventilation ratios, and moisture control. That matters because insulation done incorrectly can actually create bigger problems like trapped heat, mold, or poor airflow. In addition to field experience, we continuously refine our process based on real-world results in Texas homes where heat, humidity, and attic conditions require a different approach than other parts of the country. As a veteran-owned business, we also bring a strong focus on discipline, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a wide range of customers, from homeowners looking to improve comfort and lower energy bills to real estate professionals and property managers preparing homes for sale or rent. Most of our work is with homeowners who are dealing with issues like high energy costs, uneven temperatures, or older insulation that’s no longer performing the way it should. We also partner with: Homebuyers and sellers needing attic inspections or upgrades during a transaction Landlords and property managers maintaining multiple properties Builders and contractors on renovation or new construction projects No matter the situation, our focus is the same—identify the problem, explain it clearly, and provide a solution that actually makes sense for the property and the customer’s goals.
