I originally requested an estimate for work including drywall installation and extensive interior repairs and painting of walls, ceilings, crown molding and baseboards. Alex responded promptly with a work estimate that beat the three other quotes from his competitors, while demonstrating an uncommon (but much appreciated!) instinct for old school, customer service.
I was happy to award the job to this family business, and I have no regrets. Alex and his team effectively managed my expectations throughout the four-day job. They arrived each day on time. They and were friendly and courteous without exception, whenever I approached with questions or special requests. They worked hard and did a professional job. They cleaned up nicely, and my home looks great.
I look forward to hiring this team again soon. In fact, I have already requested and received an estimate to power wash and stain my outdoor fence. This small business deserves to grow and thrive. I wish Alex and his business the very best moving forward.
