- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to junk removal, we typically charge by the volume of our 14 ft dump-trailer. In other words, the price is based on the amount of space your junk takes up in our dump-trailer. The good news is, the more space your junk takes up, the better the savings! Don't worry, we make sure to pack your junk into our trailer as snug as possible to save you more money. We provide FREE estimates for all of our services. It always helps to text us pictures of your items or the project/service that you're inquiring about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply start by texting us a few pictures of your items/junk or the project/service you need completed, with your name and address. Or you can always call us for any questions or to discuss your project with us. After we receive and review your photos, we'll contact you ASAP to discuss the price of your job or set up an onsite Free estimate if necessary. Finally, we'll pick a day/time that works best for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our window cleaners, gutter cleaners, and pressure washers have over twenty-years of experience in these services. Our junk removal team is run by our owner himself, who has tackle countless projects for both residential and commercial jobs.
