Introduction: I am a French teacher who uses rewarding and effective methods that fully engaged my students.
My methods draw on students' prior knowledge and skills and employ exercises that are relevant to the individual. The student constantly interacts in both written and oral French and is therefore active in his learning.
The student will have access to the same materials used in rigorous French language schools, including the most recent textbooks, audio and visual supports, newspaper articles, Internet resources and literature.
My lessons promote communication, so the student is able to adapt to various situations (educational, social, and professional).
My classes are differentiated to meet the students at their academic levels.

I'm traveling to France in the fall. I hired Jean Paul to help me develop some French skills. I've had one lesson so this is based on that. He is friendly, has a nice working environment, is prompt, and thorough. He is sometimes hard to understand but that is part of the entire bi-lingual experience and part of the reason I chose him. I am looking forward to working with him for a long time.

Jean-Paul is an amazing French tutor. Within a month, he has taught me and helped me understand a new culture that in turn makes me even more excited about learning. He is a true professional: responsible, patient to your learning speed, and makes sure you're learning proper French. I'm very confident I'll be fluent in French in no time! :)

Jean-Paul was patient with my learning and accommodating with my schedule. As a beginning French student, he made sure that I fully understood the concept before moving on. I like how he teaches the basics but provides context as well (ex: the history of les accents). I plan on working with him more!
