Most of our work is built around consistent property care rather than one-off jobs, because that's how we deliver a lawn that's Always Handled instead of one that's "caught up" every few weeks. Pricing depends on the size of your property and the scope of what you need, so we give you a clear estimate before any work begins — and that estimate is the number we stand behind. No hidden fees after the fact.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Getting started with us is simple, and you'll know what to expect at every step. First, we talk. You reach out, and we respond fast — usually same day. We learn what you need and what's frustrated you about landscapers in the past, so we get it right from the start. Next, we come look. For most properties we'll do a walkthrough to see your lawn, beds, and irrigation in person. Then we give you a clear estimate with no surprises. Once you're on board, we get you on the schedule. We'll walk you through exactly what your visits include and when to expect us. From there, you stop thinking about it. We show up every week, we keep your full exterior — lawn, sprinklers, mulch, sod, and hardscape — in great shape, and we stay in touch.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
