Pricing depends on the size of your property and the scope of what you need, so we give you a clear estimate before any work begins — and that estimate is the number we stand behind. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started with us is simple, and you'll know what to expect at every step. First, we talk. You reach out, and we respond fast — usually same day. We learn what you need and what's frustrated you about landscapers in the past, so we get it right from the start. Next, we come look. For most properties we'll do a walkthrough to see your lawn, beds, and irrigation in person — because decades of working Dallas soil means we notice things a quick glance misses. Then we give you a clear, honest estimate with no surprises. Once you're on board, we get you on the schedule. Most clients start weekly service so their property is always handled, never "caught up." We'll walk you through exactly what your visits include and when to expect us. From there, you stop thinking about it. We show up every week, we keep your full exterior — lawn, sprinklers, mulch, sod, and hardscape — in great shape, and we stay in touch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training didn't come from a classroom — it came from a lifetime in the trade. The craft was handed down father to son, so this work has been part of our lives long before Dallas Cove existed as a company. What sets us apart is decades of working Dallas soil specifically. Our owner's Marine background shapes how we run every job: discipline, follow-through, and showing up when we say we will.
