At The Madam Nwtwork, I have a coaching program called the You Are LimitLess 1:1Coaching. I help warriors of adverse experience overcome and thrive by getting rid of limiting negative beliefs and societal conditionings that no longer serve us. At the YALL coaching, you are supported and loved unconditionally. I work with your spiritual and/or religious beliefs or even no belief in that realm, to help you tailor it to be in more alignment. I teach people about habits formation, setting boundaries, we work through the shadows of our inner being to get to the root of the issues we seek to overcome. I help with career development, relationship development, and more. This program is truly tailored to your needs. I provide resources, out-of-session support and fun exercises through workbooks, meditation techniques, shamanic practices, and more! Furthermore, as a fitness instructor, if one wanted to incorporate movement into their program (at no extra cost) I offer support in this area. As a Law School candidate, I also help those in the world of academics to let go of imposter syndrome and figure out their true passion I am so passionate about well-being because I come from trauma. I know what a hard life is like, how drug addiction impacts not just the individual but everyone around. How abuse of any kind can create blockages and a negative self image. And I love helping people because from my experience and my clients experiences as well, I am showing people that life doesn’t have to be that way anymore. When we are in alignment, we create the life of our dreams, we're more attentive in our relationships, we're capable of being amazing parents, and we attract work that is reflective of our worth.
