Having never used a moving company before, I was super skeptical of hiring someone to help me move. I thought hiring movers would be astronomical in terms of cost and was positive that I was going to be ripped off with movers who would take their time and come up with excuses of why it’s taking so long. That was the exact opposite of what I experienced from Nick and his team. From the very first phone call until we parted ways, I received a first class experience. Nick and his guys got straight to business. These guys did not mess around. I showed them what was staying and what I needed moved and they immediately shifted into high gear. Not only was I impressed with their ability to move efficiently and smoothly but I could tell that they pride themselves on having a high standard of customer service. They were all super polite, communicative, and professional. All said and done, they completed the move in 3 hours. Sectional couch including an insanely heavy ottoman, 2 beds/frames/headboards, shelves, tables, tool box, and a bunch of boxes. I highly recommend Back N Forth Haulers to anyone looking for a stress free moving experience. Could not say more positive things about this company! I would hire them again in the future without a doubt! Thank you Nick + team.

Nick and his crew are very efficient movers. They moved a huge sectional from my first floor to my second floor game room. They offered to put together my new sectional that came in 11 boxes from Overstock. I’m glad I took them up on there offer. They put the new sectional together using just a picture. Even offered to move boxes to our garage. They freed up my Monday night! We will definitely call them when we need something moved again.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys! I booked a different mover weeks ago who flaked out on us (never responded) with less than 24 hours before moving my Mom out of a 4500 square foot house. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that they respond 24-7 (I booked them at 9pm the night before) and the level of professionalism they possessed from the intake call to the team onsite was top notch. We asked a lot of the movers (huge heavy safe), big house with lots challenges but they all kept an extremely friendly and positive attitude all day and their HUSTLE all day long - through 2 drops. I can’t say enough good things about them. I will be booking them again to move my Mom out of storage and into her new home in a month.
