- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of different services, ranging in price, from our full moving service to full packing, partial packing, storage, etc. Each move is unique and we build a package and price your service according to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are approached by a new customer in need of moving services the first step is to discuss what they are looking for in the service. Whats the most challenging part of this move for that individual or family and create a plan that targets that aspect head first. Based on this information we put together the most accommodating quote for their specific transition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our website has a lot of handy information, we also have information that will be emailed to each customer to help explain to process. The most helpful tool for a new customer is our video reviews which really give you a sneak peak into what your move will look like.
